1. Season the turkey breast with salt, pepper and thyme, and rub with soft butter.
2. For the stuffing, cube the bread rolls.
3. Chop the onion and celery and soften them in a little butter.
4. Mix with the bread cubes, egg and parsley, and loosen with stock.
5. Spread the stuffing in a roasting tin and place the turkey on top.
6. Roast at 170°C for about 2 hours, basting with the pan juices.
